Maxime Marotte leaves the Santa Cruz FSA Team and returns to his native France at the Rockrider Racing Team court, where he finds Stephane Tempier as team manager, already teammates in the past.

Here we go, some rumors were true! Now I'm a #rockrider rider! I know, this choice might surprise some… but you know, if I signed up here, it's because I know I'll have everything I need to race. I am also a loving person and being surrounded by people who mean a lot to me has been very important. I know we will surprise you a lot, so stay tuned! – Maxime Marotte

Maxime Marotte closed the World Cup season in 10th position overall, with a 2nd place (behind Schurter) in the inaugural test in Petropolis (BRA).
