Gerhard Kerschbaumer won the VAL GARDENA HERO XCO which took place this morning in Monte Pana in the municipality of Santa Cristina. Rabensteiner dominates in the women's ranking. The VAL GARDENA HERO XCE of yesterday and the cross country events as side events of the UCI Marathon World Championships in mountain biking in June 2015. In mountain biking, the proof cross country it is the queen race, because it has been on the Olympic program for almost two decades. That's why in this morning's VAL GARDENA HERO XCO there was so much interest in a demonstration that serves federal cadres to analyze the movement in view of the five-circle commitments.
The top step of the podium in the Elite category was Gerhard Kerschbaumer of team I. Idro Drain Bianchi who, along the 20 kilometers of the route, repelled the attacks of Andrea Tiberi of the FRM Factory Racing Team and third place Ivan Alvarez Gutierrez of the team Team Selle San Marco-Trek.
In the women's ranking, Lisa Rabensteiner of the Focus XC Italy Team won the place of honor to Anna Oberparleiter of the Carraro Team-Trentino and third place Denise Meraner of the Dynamic Bike Team.
