For 2015, Ion introduces the new K-Cap knee brace, with Tectonic Fit technology. The construction remained the same as the K-Pact. This model is used by Nicola Casadei who has already led him to victory in the first round of the Italian Cup in Sestri Levante (Nicola also uses Ion BikeShort Avic pants).
The asymmetrical and ergonomic shape with the Tectonic Fit cut ensure excellent freedom of movement. The viscoelastic SAS-TEC shell takes bumps perfectly. This shell is soft and hardens in crash helmet. The Air_prene sock ensures excellent breathability and the Sanitized treatment prevents the development of bacteria and odors.
What changes is the movable and superimposed fabric that keeps the knee brace always close to the knee and guarantees maximum freedom of movement during pedaling. An additional and removable layer then adds safety on the most rugged terrain.
