At the historic appointment nalles (BZ) e Marlene South Tyrol Sunshine Race, join this season as HC events Capoliveri Legend XCO (Capoliveri, Elba Island, LI) e The Thuile MTB Race (La Thuile, AO). Two absolute novelties complete the calendar, which debut as category C1 events: San Zeno di Montagna, which will be entrusted with the opening on 6 March next, e Trento - Monte Bondone, which will take the great mountain bike to a peak already well known to road cycling enthusiasts.
Furthermore, the appointment with the UCI Junior Series, the World Cup for the Juniores category, with two stages scheduled: in Nalles and La Thuile.

On the Island of Elba, the ASD Capoliveri Bike Park, fresh from the efforts of the Marathon World Championship, sees the great success of the first edition of Capoliveri Legend XCO, and hopes to revive, the 16 18 and April, a challenge on the level of that put in place by Nino Schurter ed Henry Avancini in 2021.
In the last weekend of May (28-29), Internazionali d'Italia Series returns to the north of the Peninsula for the second novelty of 2022, the stage of Trento-Monte Bondone, organized by Trento Sport Events e CM Outdoor Events, in synergy with APT Trento Monte Bondone. It will be the Conca delle Viote, in the shadow of the three peaks of Monte Bondone, to host the first international mountain bike event of a mountain already very famous in the world of cycling, the scene of numerous passages of the Giro d'Italia.
Along the lines of the recent editions, Internazionali d'Italia Series will return to end in Valle d'Aosta, this time with an appointment of HC rank. To animate the event of La Thuile (25-26 June) there will also be the best Juniors in the world, who will compete in the stage of the UCI Junior Series.
"It is a season that brings with it excellent news: the three HC events place us at the top of the European circuits in the category, enabling us to attract the best performers in the world," explains Michael Mondini by CM Outdoor Events. - "Furthermore, the San Zeno appointment brings us back to a territory dear to us, on the outskirts of Verona, while Trento and Monte Bondone mark the return of the circuit to Trentino after so many years, and with a very interesting project."
In 2021, Internazionali d'Italia Series awarded the Romanian Vlad dascalu and the Bergamo area Clare Teocchi in the categories Open. Simone Avondetto e Giada Specia they won the results U23, while Matthew Siffredi e Sara Cortinovis excelled in the categories Junior.
