The Insta360 Ace Pro pairs with motorcycle helmet intercoms via Bluetooth, meaning riders can directly add recorded audio from headphones to videos, instead of purchasing external adapters to connect a camera and microphone to the helmet. Voice control is also available to control the camera by speaking directly into the headphones. No cables, no cumbersome setup, not even the wind can ruin the audio. Fast connection, clear audio and hands-free communication both on and off the road. To take advantage of this integration, users just need to update the Insta360 app and their Insta360 camera to the latest version.
GARMIN AND APPLE WATCH
It is possible to extract precise, real-time data from your Garmin device or Apple Watch and add them to Insta360 movies when exporting. Users can overlay statistics such as GPS, altitude and speed for data-rich videos with the unique statistics dashboard, adding an informative layer to videos for an even more immersive feel.
Furthermore, the action camera has excellent image quality both day and night, and is really perfect for users who want to film their night runs. The handy new Auto Dash mode is a game changer for motorcyclists – it essentially turns your action camera into a dashcam. Activate the “Charge and record” function in “Charge while on”, then, once connected to a power source, the Ace Pro turns on and starts shooting automatically in the preset mode. With Loop Recording shooting mode, the camcorder continuously overwrites files and saves only the last fixed-length segment.
Ace Pro is also equipped with fast charging: it reaches 80% in 22 minutes and 100% in just 46 minutes.
