Around the engine IBIS has created a frame that allows riders of all sizes to feel the same comfort. On the L and XL sizes the chainstay measures 444mm and matches the 29 wheel, while the S and M frames are mounted in the mullet version with a shorter chainstay that stops at 439mm. The seat tube angle also varies by size from 77 degrees on the S to 79 on the XL, to deliver a riding uniform across the range. The stack and reach have also been adapted based on the IBIS models in production, so the Oso will be guided by the unmistakable Ibis one. All frames have a 64 degree head angle, optimized for enduro.
DW LINK

The patented Dw-Link system offers a unique combination of traction and efficiency. This evolved version of the Dw-Link is tailor-made to meet the increasingly complicated needs of eMTBs with current powers. It has been fine-tuned to be more progressive than any system we've produced before. Thanks to the soft and gentle first part of the upper link travel and a second part of the progressive curve ready for anything, the Oso is the perfect platform for a spring damper. Travel can be increased up to 170mm by using a 205 × 65 shock instead of the standard 205 × 60. It is also possible to increase the front travel to 180 or 190mm. It is also possible to mount a double plate fork. In both configurations, the Oso is stable and responsive, replicating the Ripmo's “total all-rounder” experience. With the engine.

The frame offers countless other advantages such as the seven-year warranty, space for tires up to 2.5 section, the UDH universal dropout, the stop for the boost 148 hub, large capacity for inserting the seat post and space for a water bottle 750ml inside the front triangle (for sizes M, L and XL, 600ml for the Small). Other important details are the rear caliper attachment for 200mm discs, a sturdy protection for the engine and frame and the integrated lights from the German manufacturer Lupine.
