Thanks to all the Montecreto staff, thanks to Alessandro Barbero and his Kobra Team, thanks to Bikeparkitech and 4guimp for the Pump Track support, thanks to all those who have revived this historic event by working behind the scenes, to refreshments, in the events ... and thanks to you who have come trusting the Funky Day that did not disappoint, showing no wrinkles of old age!

Adjectives could really get wasted on events like this. When our favorite sport, MTB, is combined with healthy fun, an explosive mix is born which in this case takes the name of Funky Day! Many have thought of a heated soup, many have spoken ill behind them thinking of an event already dead from the start where it is enough to put the name 'Funky Day' to evoke old memories and bring bikers from everywhere.

But it wasn't like that, or rather, bikers from all over showed up with the usual spirit that distinguishes real bikers: just a bike and a beer and you have great fun! Barbero's shows inflamed the audience, you could read the disbelief in the faces of the inhabitants of the town as they were not used to seeing certain evolutions on a bike and Barbero gave us great work with world-class tricks!

A further detailed report that will try to fully tell you about the emotions of the Funky Day, you will find it in the next issue of 365mountainbike in August (on newsstands in July). At the bottom of the article a rich photogallery by Mauro Cottone and Davide Finetto.

We also recommend reading a reflection of our Marzio Bardi about the Funky Day: True, the Funky 2015 no longer has the spirit of the past

Davide, Matteo and Mauro didn't hold back at the Funky Rock Party Night.

One of the welcome guests on Funky Day was Alan Beggin, who naturally dominated the various Funky 'gravity' races.
