After the setback last May due to bad weather, we are bringing back the Gravel Gourmet menu made up of mixed routes through the splendid hills and valleys of the Parma area and gastronomic delicacies.

You have the option to choose between:
- Weekend, to gorge on kilometers and delicacies but also to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of our Emiliana gravel.
- Sunday Only, only on Sunday with the more demanding "gravel grinder" route (as well as a medium and a short route).
- Those who don't cycle can opt for the "Discover the Valleys of Parma" companion pass.
Those who were registered for the 2023 edition are about to receive an email from ENDU with a unique code to confirm their registration. There is no cost and the registration can be transferred by transferring the code.
