After a long interlude in the world of bicycles (competitive and otherwise) also as a Cannondale collaborator, she decided to completely change direction and reinvent herself a new life with the production of ice cream, but not just any product but a quality ice cream with genuine ingredients and original recipes. And all this led her to the very final of the Gelato Festival, where she and all her staff of the 'Parona del Gelato' (creative name that takes the place where the ice cream shop is located, Parona, with the fact that Parona means "boss" in Veronese dialect), won the prize as the best gelato master in Europe!
Giovanna proposed the “sbrisolona of the 12 Apostles with white recioto”. A taste dedicated to the traditional Venetian dessert in the version of the famous “12 Apostoli” restaurant in Verona.
NOTE: Recall that Giovanna, this very Saturday, organizes the Baby Cup Princy, one of the most popular races for very young MTBs (from 5 to 12 years old) which takes place in Verona. All info at following link.
