From 1 to 4 May 2025, more than 200 exhibitors and 400 brands are expected in the EXPO area of Riva del Garda. In addition to being able to admire the latest and best products from the main companies in the cycling world, visitors - more than 80.000 in the past edition - will have the opportunity to test the bicycles of the exhibiting companies on the trails of Garda Trentino: from mountain bikes to gravel bikes, including electric proposals.
BIKE MARATHON AND MAXXIS GRAVEL GARDA TRENTINO: REGISTRATIONS OPEN
Like every year, the competitive highlight of the FSA Bike Festival Riva del Garda will be the Bike Marathon, the mountain bike race scheduled for Saturday 3 May, starting from the historic centre of Riva del Garda and arriving at the EXPO area. Three routes of varying difficulty are available to participants. The main race is the Ronda Extrema, 82,77 kilometres and 3.434 metres of elevation gain, on the UCI calendar as a C1 category race, naturally dedicated to trained bikers, also attracted by the possibility of earning valuable points in the results. The other two routes are aimed at competitors looking for distances and elevation gains within their reach: the Ronda Grande (59,56 km, 2.406 m elevation gain) for expert cyclists; the Ronda Piccola (30,67 km, 1.065 m elevation gain) for those who want to have fun while enjoying the views of Lake Garda.
All the Bike Marathon routes are open to both cyclists registered with the national federation and amateurs. You can register on www.bikefestivalriva.com/it/gare/bike-marathon
THE GRAVEL EVENT YOU CAN'T MISS
In recent editions, Garda Trentino has also been discovered by gravel lovers, and the third edition of the Maxxis Gravel Garda Trentino is aimed at them, the gravel trial with timed timing over three stages scheduled for Friday 2 May. Participants can choose between two routes: the first is 100 kilometres with 1.750 m of elevation gain; the second is 65 kilometres with 480 m of elevation gain. Beyond the competitive aspect, the gravel trial offers an experience made up of spectacular routes and local specialties to be enjoyed along the route, combining cycling adventure with the pleasure of Trentino regional cuisine and the spirit of the gravel community.
Registrations for the Maxxis Gravel Garda Trentino are open on www.bikefestivalriva.com/it/gare/gravel
The rest of the events program will be defined in the coming weeks, which will also give space to the world of pedal-assisted cycling with the eMTB Challenge and to the champions of tomorrow taking part in the Junior Trophy event.
EXPO REGISTRATIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
Bookings for exhibitor spaces are also open: registrations are already open for companies who want to participate. Manufacturers in the sector and distributors of bicycles and accessories can book a space in the EXPO area of the FSA Bike Festival Riva del Garda by 31 January 2025 on www.bikefestivalriva.com/it/espositori. Last year's edition featured over 200 exhibitors for a total of 400 brands on display.
