This unique race saw athletes run as a team of 3 for their home country. The teams were selected on the basis of the EWS Global Ranking.

It was a bad day for Canada. One of the favorite teams, consisting of Remi Gauvin, EWS 2022 champion Jesse Melamed and Rhys Verner, did not find the right pace and was stopped by a series of accidents for Rhys Verner. Verner crashed in PS1 and 2 and dropped out of the race.
VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS
NEW ZEALAND WINS

Team New Zealand, made up of Matt Walker, Edwards Masters and Charlie Murray, took control of the race and in the third stage it was they who lost. A stage win for Murray in four, with Walker and Masters in second and third place respectively, sealed the deal and ensured a safe run out of five was all that was needed to win. Team France finished in 2nd place while Team USA completed the top three.
Italy badly with Tommaso Francardo in great shape but who was unable to pull his teammates due to various misfortunes. First a crash for Pelissero and then mechanical problems for Vendemmia forced the Italian Team to retire.
FRANCE WINS AMONG WOMEN

In the women's race, Team France (Isabeau Courdurier, Morgane Charre and Melanie Pugin) presented themselves as the first women in the world in the same team as unbeatable. In fact, the prediction was spot on, with the victory of France with more than two minutes ahead of Germany. Third place for Great Britain.
Good 5th place for Italy with Lauria Rossin, Nadine Ellecosta and Gloria Scarsi.

In the U21 competition, Team USA made a clean sweep of both the men's and women's competitions, while in the Masters category it was the Great Britain team that won the race, with Team Italy in 3rd place. Team Italy made up of Damiano Rossa, Martino Fruet and Dimitri Modesti.
