The historic company Bottecchia Cicli of Santa Maria di Sala (Venice) was acquired by Fantic Motor Spa of Dosson di Casier, which thus expands its line with racing bikes, MTBs dedicated to professionalism, e-bikes, and more to city and trekking bikes.
An integral part of the transaction was Deutsche Bank, one of the world's leading banking groups, which intervened to support Fantic in the management of acquisition financing through a structured transaction by the Business Banking team of Bank For Entrepreneurs Italy.
Fantic also made use of the contribution of the consulting firm in finalizing the transaction.
