NEW MAGNESIUM LOWER
New magnesium lower, lighter and with a load-optimized design, obtained through the Thixomolding process.
RLP SYSTEM
The new “RLP” radial lubrication pocket system consists of a new dedicated design of the DU bushings with small cavities on the inside that “trap” a part of the oil that flows with normal use, keeping the rods lubricated even under high loads.
In addition, the new DUs feature 3 backup channels that improve the pump lubrication effect.
FLOATING WHEEL PIN
Decoupling between the dimension of the hub abutment and the alignment of the fork to improve sensitivity on small bumps.
TOP UP BUMPER ROOM ++
Added a top-up pad and titanium plate to the ++ chamber to reduce noise.
IMPROVED HS3 END OF STROKE DEVICES
The limit switches of the HS3 system have been revised and improved to increase reliability and smoothness even in prohibitive conditions.
From now on the production of ERA will be suspended as ERA V2 is the improved and revised version of the same fork. All ERA V2s contain parts that can be mounted on previous versions and vice versa.
Support for the previous version of ERA will always be guaranteed and we plan to release a special upgrade package that can be purchased to allow the upgrade of “ERA V1” to ERA V2.
