In 2021 comes the Elba MTB Challenge that combines the Conquistadores Cup and the Capoliveri Legend Cup.

The Island of Elba, in recent years, has become one of the reference points for national and international MTB. Its territory and climate, mild in all seasons, have made it one of the favorite destinations for holidays, training and retreats, for athletes, teams and national teams. Events now famous and others that have been proposed more recently, are bringing the Elban territory to the fore on the international scene.
In 2021, two of these events come together in a Challenge that will offer the opportunity to try their hand at two high-level competitions.
It will start on 6 June with the Conquistadores Cup in Porto Azzurro to close on 3 October at the Capoliveri Legend Cup World Edition in Capoliveri.
«The Island of Elba in recent years has become a paradise for bikers, a vast area where to practice cycling at 360 degrees. With great satisfaction this year we announce the collaboration between two important events such as the Conquistadores Cup in Porto Azzurro and the Legend Cup in Capoliveri, which will be held respectively in June and October 2021. The two organizers have created the challenge "Conquista la leggenda ”, A formula where it will be possible to participate in both races.
For the Associated Management of Tourism in Elba, initiatives such as these are fundamental and allow us to emerge as a high-level reality in the field of biking, both for the quality of the competitive events and for the beauty and variety of the routes, which are then put to provision for fans.
To do this, the collaboration between an established reality like Legend and an emerging one like Conquistadores is fundamental. All this can only give greater strength in terms of quality and spectacle of the event and consequently all the tourist activity in Elba benefits from it.
2021 promises to be a year full of exciting events, which will culminate with the MTB Marathon World Championship on 2 October 2021 and will pass through the Internationals of Italy of cross country, the Elba E-bike Enduro Cup, the Conquistadores Cup and the Capoliveri Legend Cup, with other events yet to be scheduled and confirmed.
