A silent, constant work, made of passion and presence.
In Pogno, for years, the MTB school has been pursuing a project that goes far beyond simple technique: a shared growth path, where kids learn not only to ride a bike... but also to be together.
We had already talked about it in the article on What are bikers looking for today?r, citing Pogno himself as a virtuous example of an organization capable of putting people at the center, even before the performance.
Today we go back there, to see all this up close.
In this video, we truly delve into the "I Gufi" Junior MTB Course, experiencing a typical day from the inside: the gathering, the exercises, the woods, the hard work, the laughter. And above all, those moments of sharing that transform a group into a team.
Making this story even more special is the perspective of Alessandro Crolla, the video's creator and a man who grew up within this very school: one of those young people who, over the years, have experienced the course and today tell its essence from a different perspective.
The instructors and their assistants also share this experience, people who dedicate time and energy every week to accompanying the kids on their journey. They explain what it means to always be there: seeing their improvements, managing difficulties, growing alongside the young riders, and adapting the course over time.
The Junior Course is not a competition.
There are no results to climb.
It's an experience made of commitment, play, falls and mutual trust.
A journey shared by children, teens, and adults, where every outing is a step forward—and not just on the bike.
This is the authentic story of those who build the course, live it and make it grow, week after week.
Thanks to the kids, the parents and to those who continue to believe in this project.
