Crossing the Island of Elba by MTB: this is the GPE route

100km for 2500m of elevation gain

The crossing of the Island of Elba by MTB along cycle paths (S2 maximum S3) made by Elba MTB: 100km for a difference in altitude of 2500m starting from Cavo and finishing in Sant'Andrea (also a more enduro version with the help of Shuttle is proposed: theElba Super Trail).

La GTE version it is not suitable for Bike use: too many stretches of uphill portage (even in the case of e-bikes and expert bikers) and difficult descents, which often do not have the flow characteristics that a single-trail must have to be appreciated by the user bikes.
