Our mission
Enduro is adventure and exploration. A challenge first of all with oneself, tackling ever-changing trails, where improvisation skills are the founding basis also from a competitive point of view.
The goal that the organizers have given themselves is to bring together the best Italian riders in a single format, to give them a national stage that can create opportunities for great visibility and competitive growth.
A challenge that will be useful for the technical development of the sector, thus giving the more experienced the possibility of having a test bench that can help with international challenges, while simultaneously helping the younger ones to grow and train competitively. Without forgetting the strategic role of the teams, which in this way will be able to have an important showcase, a fundamental element for the search for sponsors and for the development of the athletes.
The organizers
The circuit was born from the union of 4 regional realities, which in recent years have carried out the competitive project with passion and professionalism, managing to give a home to enthusiasts and agonists
4enduro, Toscano enduro series, Triveneto enduro mtb and Senators enduro cup, have joined forces, coordinating to create a circuit distributed throughout the country.
The numbers speak of a constantly growing movement, with stages that have managed to bring more than 600 riders and a multitude of enthusiasts who, added up, represent almost all of the enthusiasts of this format.
The stages
They are 5 stages of this format, distributed over as many regions and over a period of time that covers the entire racing season. In this way the riders will have the opportunity to get to know different realities from those where they usually train and to find more stimuli throughout the year.
1st stage, Campo Ligure (GE), 01-02 April
Liguria is historically a region that has a strong synergy with enduro. The morphology of the area is perfectly suited to the exploratory spirit and the technical nature of its trails has always been a great stimulus for riders. A perfect mix between technicality and naturalistic beauties
Campo Ligure, included among the most beautiful villages in Italy, will host the inaugural stage of this circuit at its first appearance in the MTB world.
A territory, that of Stura Valley, followed from 2021 by the ASD Valle Stura “Hike&Bike”, which will be covered in its entirety, involving all the Vallesi municipalities (Masone, Campo Ligure and Rossiglione). In this stage we will see an unprecedented Liguria, immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian Apennines and the Unesco Park of Beigua; with departure from Square of the Borgo della Filigrana dominated by its Castle.
2nd stage, Pistoia (PT) 20-21 May
The well-known Tuscan town is the gateway to the trails of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
The race develops on the tracks of theupper valley of the Ombrone, a hilly area covered with beech and chestnut trees. Since 2009, several enthusiasts have been building and maintaining various trails in this place, which have allowed the town to be a regular stop on the Tuscan enduro circuit.
An unprecedented solution was inaugurated last year, which provides for the start in the center of Pistoia. Thus giving greater prominence to the event and its participants.
Since 2021 they are the members of the association Young riderz Pistoia to deal with this area. The association boasts more than 50 associates, mostly young people belonging to the categories of beginners and juniors. A school has also been active since last year which aims to involve the very young categories.
3rd Stage, San Leonardo (UD) 17-18 June
San Leonardo is part of the eight municipalities of Natisone valley, an area between Italy and Slovenia. A reality that has its roots in Roman times. An area that has suffered the historical upheavals of the two world conflicts (Caporetto is a short distance away) and which, thanks to its history, is a constant tourist destination.
From a sporting point of view, the area lends itself to the practice of all off-road disciplines, from the more adrenaline-pumping ones to gravel. The two most popular events are the Krivapete endurance, active since 2017; competition that develops on the trails of the Natisone Bike Arena, managed by a group of local trail builders associated under the name of Team machetes.
The second is the 749 avalanche, the only mass start avalanche organized under the aegis of the Italian cycling federation.

A partnership capable of involving enthusiasts of various disciplines and which over the years has managed to train many young athletes, some of whom have had the opportunity to excel in the various disciplines at a national level.
4th Stage, Castel del Rio (BO) 02-03 September
Former seat of Italian Championship 2022, Castel del Rio is a small town that for several years has specialized in organizing events dedicated to MTB. Alongside the competitive events in the various fat wheel disciplines, there are many rallies that have seen the Emilian village as the starting point.
He has been taking care of the trails in this area for 8 years Apennine biking, a reality that currently boasts 3 Italian champions in the youth categories and for 2023 will have Matthew Sacon as a spearhead on the competitive front. The partnership, in addition to training young enduro riders, is also active on the tourism front, with trained guides and specialization courses also dedicated to adults. Finally, he owns a park with a pump track and a dirt area where he can grow his subscribers.
5th stage, Val Vigezzo (VB) 23-24 September:
The final of the circuit will be hosted in a mountain context with strong landscape connotations. Val Vigezzo will sanction the winners of this first national circuit. Already known as “the valley of the painters”, it is a territory with a strong tourist connotation. In fact, there are several elements that attract thousands of people during each season; from the Christmas markets, included for years among the most visited in Italy, to its narrow-gauge train, the Vigezzina, recognized as one of the most suggestive in Europe; to get to the sanctuary of Re, with its history that originates from the miracle of the Madonna del Sangue at the end of the 1400s.
The development of outdoor tourism also fits into this context, thanks above all to the de The Vigezzo plain. There are about 200 km of tracks dedicated to MTB, partly served by the Prestinone cable car, on which guided tours are organized with local guides and which last season were the scene of a stage of the 4enduro.
Regulations
The Italian Enduro Series will apply the written federal regulation for the national Enduro trials, in which the most important element will be the possibility to try the PSs only once the day before the competition, an element that will bring the competition scheme closer to the trials international.
