In these days there was the 'Greek Festival': 6 UCI races in 10 days where many athletes have stocked up on points for the 2023 World Cup and the 2024 Olympics (here the report of the races). Also present in these races Milan Vader, the strong Dutch athlete of Jumbo-Visma (Olympic in Tokyo 2020) who had a very serious injury in this 2022 but he's recovering very well.
Jumbo-Visma, one of the most representative teams in the road world, will be present next year in the “newborn” World Cup MTB powered by Discovery Sport, an edition that is attracting many important teams from the road world. This team is supported by Cervèlo, who presented a front model in recent days, but the athletes of the Team (especially Milan Vader) have clamored for a Full-Suspension model, to be competitive even in the most technical World Cup tests.

In response to this, Milan Vader raced in Greece with a Cervèlo prototype Cross Country Full-Suspension. The similarity to the Santa Cruz Blur is strong: remember that Santa Cruz and Cervèlo are part of the same corporate group. So the question is: is it a Cervèlo prototype or is it just a Santa Cruz Blur that Vader was able to race in Greece?
Only time will tell.
