The ASD Capoliveri Bike Park, for the third edition of the Capoliveri Legend XCO, wanted to please everyone.
The presence of Nino Schurter, there will be, as in 2022, the Elba Bike Legend Young, a Top Class National competition for Beginners / Students with, which will be a stage of the Italian Championship for FCI Clubs. The youth trials are organized in collaboration with the ASD Elba Bike, which once again this year wanted to give space to the very young, with the regional trial called Mini Legend Elba Bike.
"In the spirit of ELBA BIKE, it has always been important to start cultivating the pleasure of sport with youth cycling, and what better opportunity to participate in the Mini Legend Elba Bike, an attraction for all young people from 5 years old.” – This is the thought of Monica Maltinti and Enrico Lenzi, managers of Elba Bike – “It is important that the very young are present in the context of a major event such as the Capoliveri Legend XCO, having the opportunity to see the great champions compete that they usually only see in films, an experience that will certainly be a stimulus for their competitive growth."
The preparation work for the routes from a technical point of view was intense, which already in 2022 had amazed with their spectacular nature. Many race areas are being improved and some sections are being widened to facilitate overtaking, with the addition of new technical passages that will make everything even more spectacular and fun.
The program
The Capoliveri Legend XCO 2023 program will start on the afternoon of Friday 7 April, with the opening of the race secretariat and the free practice of the course.
