Cape Epic #4: Again Beers and Blevins but Scott takes the leader's jersey
Three of a kind for the Specialized-Toyota-NinetyOne duo Matthew Beers and Christopher Blevins. Among the women, victory went to the couple Kim Le Court and Vera Looser of Efficient Infiniti Insure.

Team Toyota-Specialized-NinetyOne's Matthew Beers (RSA) and Christopher Blevins (USA) cruised to their fourth stage win in today's time trial at breakneck pace. The German duo Georg Egger (GER) and Lukas Baum (GER) of the ORBEA x Leatt x Speed Company team finished second 22 seconds behind and the leaders of the general classification Nino Schurter (SUI) and SCOTT-SRAM MTB Racing's Andri Frischknecht (SUI) lost important time in the General Classification with a delay of 2 minutes and 23 seconds.
In the women's race Team Efficient Infiniti Insure of Kim Le Court (MRI) and Vera Looser (NAM) managed to fight for their second stage win. e-FORT.net: SeattleCoffeeCo team leaders Amy Wakefield (RSA) and Candice Lill (RSA) finished in second place. They were able to extend their lead in the overall standings as the NinetyOne-Songo-Specialized team of Sofia Gomez Villafane (ARG) and Katerina Nash (CZE) finished behind them in third place.

The Italians did well, with the Wilier Pirelli cup in 5th place while the crisis for the Porro/Nibali couple finished in 22nd place and dropped to 9th place overall.
