Canyon unveiled a range of new Grail models for the 2021 season, outfitted with the latest components and specifications available on the market.

The centerpiece of the new bikes is still the award-winning Grail frame, a big favorite in the gravel scene in recent years - now it comes equipped with the latest from Shimano and SRAM, including Shimano's GRX single chainring shifters and SRAM's Force eTap AXS double chainring groupsets.
The Grail 7 1by features Shimano's new GRX single chainring drivetrain. The 40-tooth chainring, combined with the 11-42 cassette, offers a wide range of 381%, this set-up lends itself to the rigorous and precise use required on mixed terrain. For cyclists who prefer even more agile gears, SRAM's new Force eTap AXS Wide double-chain electronic groupset is the optimal choice. In the Grail line, it will replace SRAM's single chainring transmissions previously fitted to numerous versions of Grail CF and CF SLX. With a 46/33 crankset and 10-36 cassette, this drivetrain provides the huge range of gears typical of gravel bikes, while maintaining tight gears, which is particularly appreciated by cyclists who ride mainly on the road.
Another notable introduction is the Fizik Argo saddle, whose short tip design offers comfort for many kilometers. All CF and CF SLX bikes are equipped with this saddle, with the exception of the 7 and 7 WMN models.
Bikes are available on canyon. com from Tuesday 25 August. The collection includes 13 models with a price range between € 1,499 and € 4,899 * starting from the Grail 6 model up to the top of the range Grail CF SLX 8 eTap. Four women's specific WMN models are also available.
