Maximum torque of 85Nm, over 600 watts of power at peak and a battery with 600Wh of autonomy for a weight of just 19.5 kg.

PROPORTIONAL RESPONSE
Cannondale's 'Proportional Response' technology means that everything from the suspension kinematics to the geometry, including the length of the chainstay, are designed for the specific size of each frame, ensuring all cyclists achieve the same exceptional performance , such as suspension and handling.
The Moterra SL's power comes from a customized version of the Shimano EP801 drive unit – the lightest motor capable of delivering the big power riders are looking for. 85Nm of torque and 600 watts of maximum power. The custom riding modes were developed in collaboration with Shimano to make the most of the EP801's capabilities.
There are the classic "ECO" (minimum assistance, maximum autonomy, to explore all day), two "TRAIL" modes (TRAIL1 medium power, excellent for pedaling with friends on light e-bikes, TRAIL2 increases the thrust for pedaling with e-bike at full power), and obviously, “BOOST” (always at full power).
Our innovative internal battery is equipped with special cells made specifically to handle more Power per kilo (compared to the standard cells currently in use), this has allowed us to create a 601 watt-hour battery that weighs only 3.1kg, wiring included.
GEOMETRY
62.5 degree head angle, open as on a DH bike, with headset caps that allow you to further modify the rake by 1.2 degrees, in addition to the long reach and modern trail bike seat tube angle and wheelbase made with specific length for each size.
The Moterra SL has a "mullet" type configuration, i.e. 29-inch front wheel and 27,5 at the rear, to guarantee the perfect balance between straight-line speed and cornering agility. For those who prefer to stick to the classics, a FlipChip incorporated into the seat stays of the Moterra SL means it can legitimately be converted into a full 29'er, without sacrificing the overall character and balance of the bike.
