In 2017 there will be 5 stages of the circuit, well distributed over the territory and largely unprecedented for Superenduro, a new season to be experienced with gas in hand and open to new experiences.
After the great success of the comeback in 2016, Superenduro is delighted to announce the exciting new racing calendar for 2017.
From Umbria, to Trentino Alto Adige, passing through Valle d'Aosta, Emilia-Romagna and Liguria, the 2017 Superenduro circuit will see the athletes involved in 5 stages with a unique flavor, again selected among the many applications to offer everyone an experience to remember.
It starts in May and precisely on the 21st with a new entry, Gualdo Tadino in the province of Perugia. A beautiful location rich in history immersed in the green Umbria. The inspections literally made the staff fall in love with the ASD GS guys Avis GualdoTadino who were able to appreciate the terrain and the "taste" that characterizes the trails of this splendid corner of our beautiful Italy.
The season then continues with the stage of Canazei, a location already protagonist in 2016 with a wet race of which we have only tasted the potential. The FassaBike guys have already identified and started working on the new lines that will host the second Round between the peaks and the Dolomite massifs on June 18th.
For the third stage the Superenduro caravan will move on July 16 to a location that has recently written one of the most beautiful pages in the history of World Enduro by winning the MTB Pinkbike Awards Enduro Race of the Year, La Thuile in Valle d'Aosta. Here Enrico Martello and the guys from the La Thuile MTB School will surely be able to surprise you with one of the most spectacular and toughest races of the entire calendar in the presence of his majesty, Mont Blanc.
The fourth round will see, however, for the first time the Superenduro linked to another prestigious event. The Superenduro paddock will literally merge with the Bike Summer Festival in Varano scheduled for September 10th, giving life to an Event Village never seen before. We are sure that a magnificent stage will emerge between paths dug in the Romagnoli badlands and a paddock full of public and stands.
Fifth and last stop will see us return to Liguria on 22 October in S. Margherita Ligure, the right place to celebrate the conclusion of the ninth season of the Superenduro National Circuit by the sea and the second for the E-MTB category. Screaming trails prepared by the guys from Portofino bike and almost autumnal cutting light will be the setting for the last challenge that we hope will still be very open in all categories!
The market rumors, with so many bike changes and transfers of athletes at the top of the ranking from one team to another, denote great excitement and excitement to which the Superenduro is happy to give vent by proposing top-level battlegrounds both for quality of paths that prestige of the chosen locations.
Many are the news that await us in 2017, with two other races titled as Enduro World Series Qualifier Event and important partnerships in the field of communication and E-Bike and much more that will be announced as we get closer to the start!
Stay tuned!
