In the special Bike Park the most attentive will have noticed a serious oversight… the Caldirola Bike Park! Don't worry, it hasn't closed, the historic Piedmontese bike park on the Ligurian Apennines, excellently connected to the main cities (Milan, Turin, Genoa), is a point of reference for enthusiasts who practice downhill even outside the summer season. In fact, the Bike Park opens on weekends from the end of March to the end of November (every day in August). Fun tracks that give a hard time to the most prepared bikers but also more affordable tracks for those who want to get closer to the discipline.
- Opening period: it is one of the Bike parks that opens the bike season, usually at the end of March. Open every weekend until November. In August open every day from 09 to 17. Check on site www.seggioviacaldirola.it also regarding the weather conditions of the opening days.
- Opening Hours: depending on the season it goes from 09:30 to 17:00 in autumn and spring while in the summer season from 09:30 to 18:00.
- Daily cost: € 18 day pass, afternoon € 13, reduced day pass € 12.
- Number of tracks: 11 total runs of which 4 from downhill, 3 freeride, 3 all-mountain, 1 cross country.
- Type of slopes: the slopes have different degrees of difficulty and are of many types downhill, freeride, all-mountain and cross country. They extend on the adjacent slopes of Mount Giarolo and Mount Gropà near the arrival station of the chairlift. On the tracks there are some jumps with different degrees of difficulty and the possibility of bypassing difficult points.
- Recommended slope: la Charlie Race it is the track of this year's Gravitalia stage and features jumps, banks and some challenging technical passages.
- Ascent type: single-seater chairlift up to the summit equipped with hooks for transporting mountain bikes.
