Brunico Bike Opening: the event celebrating cycle tourism in Alto Adige is back

April 9, 2025 – The countdown has officially begun: Saturday 24 May 2025 returns the Brunico Bike Opening, the event organized by the Brunico tourist association that celebrates the passion for cycling in all its forms.

After the success of the first edition, the South Tyrolean town is ready to transform itself once again into the capital of cycling and cycle tourism. The goal is ambitious but clear: to promote the Pusteria Valley as one of the most fascinating bike destinations in the Alpine region - a paradise for cycle tourists, e-bike enthusiasts and adrenaline lovers on technical trails.

Piazza Municipio, the beating heart of the event, will host an intense and varied day, designed for cyclists of all ages and levels. In collaboration with numerous brand partners, the Brunico tourist association offers 360° activities: courses for children, free check-ups and driving technique lessons and many other unmissable experiences.
I will not miss guided tours – customized based on level – to discover the territory on your bike: a journey through nature, culture and authentic flavors. The guides of the Bike School Kronplatz will accompany participants along routes designed down to the smallest details: from the basic tour to the most challenging itineraries by e-bike, between dirt roads and breathtaking descents.

Among the most anticipated proposals also The Only Women Ride, an exclusively female tour that combines asphalt and dirt, with particular attention to technique and sharing.

For the little ones, but not only, a Pump Track supervised by expert staff: the perfect way to take your first steps (or rather, pedals) in the MTB world in safety and fun.

Entertainment and lifestyle in the heart of Brunico

Not just sports: the Brunico Bike Opening is also synonymous with entertainment, positive vibes, leisure and relaxation. Among the highlights is the Sick! MTB Trail Show – an adrenaline-filled show where professional riders will compete in spectacular tricks, leaving the audience breathless. You read that right, Sick! the brand created by Fabio Wibmer, world icon of freeride and Red Bull athlete, and guarantor of strong emotions.

In the expo area, bike lovers will be able to test, buy and discover all the new arrivals of the season thanks to the brands in the sector present. And for those who simply want to relax, there will be no shortage food & beverage stands, perfect for enjoying the atmosphere in company, with music, DJ sets and a great desire to be together.

Brunico awaits you!

Surrounded by the The Dolomites and rich in history, culture and hospitality, Brunico is ready to welcome cyclists and enthusiasts, for an unforgettable day dedicated to sport, adventure and passion for cycling.
