Emilie Ragot dominates among women.

Troy Brosnan wins his first round of the Elite Cup after many placings, putting an end to Sam Hill's dream, leading up to Troy's final run on his new Specialized Demo. In third place Danny Hart. Lorenzo Suding finishes in 30th place. Now in the cup lead Aaron Gwin (today 4th) ahead of Gee Atherton (5th).

Among the women success for Emmeline Ragot (Lapierre) who precedes Myriam Nicole by 8 ″ and Tracey Hannah by 13 ″. A puncture instead knocks out Rachel Atherton. The general sees Carpenter in front of Ragot and Nicole 497.
