A long waiting period, made necessary by dynamics that have brought about many turbulences in the building and construction sector, during which the attractions of the BRN Village have evolved and enriched.
BRN Village

It is an area of 70.000 square meters obtained by reclaiming a former industrial area abandoned for over 20 years – that of the Sfir sugar refinery in Forlimpopolese – which will be given back to the community with a large public-private urban regeneration project. The cornerstones on which the project is based are sustainability, gentle mobility, sport and healthy lifestyles.
Inside the BRN Village there will be 6 different tracks dedicated to all types of cyclists: a track dedicated to road safety education, a Mini Pump Kids, 2 Pumptracks (Junior and Pro) for a total of 3.200 m², an area dedicated to Dirt Jumps and an XC/MTB track nearing completion right now.
Over the months, the project has also grown from the point of view of environmental sustainability and provides for 600 new plantings and the construction of a cycle-pedestrian path of almost 2 linear km connected to the cycle path network of the municipality of Forlimpopoli.
Furthermore, the BRN Village will be equipped with a 200 kW photovoltaic system which will satisfy the entire energy needs of the company and the park, guaranteeing a volume of avoided CO2 emissions into the atmosphere of more than 87 tons per year.
Furthermore, a few steps away from the tracks, a 560 m100 Bike Café will be built, which will exclusively distribute XNUMX% organic foods and drinks for health and sports, linked to the local area.
The total investment exceeds 15 million euros.
