The first edition of the AVIREX HERO Challenge will take place on 17 June 2023 at the BMW HERO Südtirol Dolomites, the challenge within the challenge that will see the participants test themselves against the hand of the stopwatch on the ascent from the Tirler to the Zallinger intersection. The truly exclusive classification is reserved only for those who complete the climb within 20 minutes among the elite athletes, and within 30 minutes for all the other categories.
Naturally, the AVIREX HERO Challenge will have a general classification, where the overall winner and winner, who will have set the fastest time ascent to the Zallinger, will be rewarded during THE GREAT FINALE! the awards ceremony.
The challenge takes its cue from the film where the rider interprets his life to the limit, both uphill and downhill, just like the bikers from all over the world who find themselves every year overcoming the uphill and downhill slopes of the HERO, with the goal to become a hero.
Those who complete the challenge will be able to take home the special edition AVIREX HERO Challenge T-shirt as a memento of their feat.
Naturally, the AVIREX HERO Challenge will have a general classification, where the overall winner and winner, who will have set the fastest ascent time on the Zallinger, will be rewarded with the iconic Top Gun Movie Heroes pilot jacket, embellished with the 17 original patches.
