The UCI Cyclo-Cross World Cup stops in Benidorm Costa Blanca, Spain and is expected to bring together more than 10.000 people. The Benidorm race is positioned at a key moment, just 2 weeks from the world championships in Hoogerheide (Holland – 5 February). It could be the last chance to see Mathieu Van Der Poel and Wout van Aert duel, hoping that even some cross riders like Vanthourenhout, Sweeck or Iserbyt will be able to counter the 2 world phenomena.
We remind you that the last stage of the World Cup will be on January 29th, in France, in Besancon, but it seems that Van Aert and Van Der Poel will miss it to better prepare for the world championship.
