In the American stage of Snowshoe, during the Short Track won by Christopher Blevins, a fall that is difficult to explain for the XC world champion Nino Schurter hitting the ground hard after sliding on a seemingly easy pass.

Look at what damage Nino did to the helmet and the computer: the fall seems trivial in its dynamics but the bang was powerful having fallen dead weight on the plane.
