Andreu Lacondeguy wins the Rampage 2014 with an "old school" Run, drops and jumps for the whole run including the dreaded drop of almost 30m, closed to perfection. Like every year there was no lack of controversy regarding the votes but like any sport where the victory is decided by external people (judges) there will always be criticism.

Excellent runs also from Brandon Semenuk, which brought a bit of “slopstyle” to the Rampage, an immense class for him that took him to 3rd place. Second place for Cameron Zink who, like every year, pulls a scary trick but then no longer accomplishes anything, nullifying the excellent work. He is Kyle Strait (perhaps the one most penalized by the judges) they chose a scary starting line coming down from a real overhang with Kyle who closed a Suicide No Hand on a drop of about 30m like last year.
The award for the craziest certainly goes to the Norwegian Tom Van Steenbergen who tried a frontflip from Canyon Gap !! You can find the epilogue clicking here. Too bad because if he closed such a trick he had the victory in his pocket, also considering the line he had done previously.
Kelly mcgarry just couldn't digest Canyon Gap. In qualifying he landed long, breaking both rims, while in the final he landed short (after a back flip) always breaking the front rim… surely his wheel manufacturer will not be happy.
Here are the top 10 of the Red Bull Rampage with the official vote and the "people's choice", that is the vote given by the public through the red bull site. Winning this particular award was Brandon Semenuk.
