After the frenetic start of yesterday's stage, the second stage started with a totally different atmosphere. Despite starting at the same point yesterday, the Olivo Arena, the first kilometers were neutralized to ensure safety for all competitors.
In the first kilometers the favorite group remained compact until the first dirt roads. It was there that Rabesteiner and Alleman took the lead and broke the legs of almost all the competitors. Only the leaders of Team Canyon, Seewald and Stosek, and Soudal Lee Cougan, Leonardo Páez and Daniele Mensi, manage to keep the pace. The final is in the sprint with the duo of Team Wilier Pirelli who win a splendid stage.
