Aleck CS is a patented, intelligent shock detector that detects serious falls and alerts emergency contacts and “Heroes Nearby” app users. The potentially life-saving technology uses apps and text messages to send valuable crash and location information to emergency contacts and Nearby Heroes, ensuring riders receive timely assistance in the unfortunate situation of a crash with loss of consciousness.
SMITH is the first brand in North America to launch cycling helmets with integrated Aleck CS.
Waiting for the new helmets, to date the owners of SMITH helmets, as well as the many enthusiasts, can already use the impact detection technology, thanks to the Aleck Tocsen sensor, which is mounted on the helmet and is managed by the Tocsen application.
