With the aim of developing an increasingly complete range of accessories, Vittoria and its long-time partner Deaneasy have reached an agreement to integrate the inserts business within the Vittoria Group and to start production in Italy.

Since it was launched on the market in 2018, Vittoria Air-Liner has been recognized as an innovative product for rim and tire protection capable of improving the performance of tubeless tires. The unique run-flat technology has been appreciated by many over the years. In order to further increase the Air-Liner business, Vittoria Group and Deaneasy have decided to join forces and integrate all activities within the group. By playing on the same team, the speed of innovation and the availability of capital to ensure future growth will increase.
In the coming months, the production of the inserts will be moved to Brembate, becoming an important part of the Vittoria Park and helping to reduce transport times from Asian suppliers. With development and production concentrated in Italy, very innovative products will be able to be launched more easily in order to keep up with the evolution of the tire insert market. Particular attention will be paid to the search for sustainable materials and production processes.
Alessandro Bonarotti - owner of Deaneasy and inventor of the inserts - will join Vittoria and oversee the innovation of accessories for the whole group. This paves the way for a further expansion of the Vittoria accessories offer, which is essential for bringing driving performance to the highest possible level. The first products that will emerge from this collaboration will be launched on the market as early as 2022.
