The summer season officially begins on June 1st Vigezzo plain. The location, which in recent years has carved out a leading role in the international off-road scene, opens its doors offering riders its mix of natural and technical trails.
The heavy snowfalls of this unusual spring put the Trai builder crew led by the stainless steel to the test Biffo, but nevertheless, La Colma with the variant black snake, the Vietcong and the iconic DH (which last season hosted the training sessions of Loic Bruni and Swiss national team) they have been polished and are just waiting to be tackled by all of you.
As per tradition there will be music, beer and the now traditional Piana 'salamelle' to support the riders in their descents.
A season full of events
As always the season of Vigezzo Bike land it will be full of events. Alongside the summer tours, it will be possible to rent ours Commecal SX for an adrenaline-filled day, or take an E-bike to discover the painters' valley.
The confirmation of the 4enduro
For the third consecutive year La Piana di Vigezzo will host a stage of the national circuit 4 enduros. So write down the date 20 and 21 July, when the strongest riders on the national scene will compete in what is now recognized as one of the most stimulating stages of the season. The proximity to the headquarters of the Swiss stage of theEDR, which will take place the previous week, could also give us some surprises regarding the starting list.
But the season will be long and there could be some interesting surprises in September. So stay tuned…
