SHIMANO launches GRX pedals suitable for Gravel

Gravel enthusiasts will enjoy the same unrivaled performance and reliability as Shimano's popular DEORE XT pedals, with fun new United in Gravel graphics!

The GRX SPD double-sided clip-on/release pedals feature a wide platform capable of offering exceptional stability on rough and undulating terrain. The wide platform will keep the rider's feet planted and well supported on the pedals for a more comfortable and confident ride during longer or bumpier rides.

When it comes to tackling extreme conditions, GRX pedals feature a binding construction that helps shed excess mud so riders can clip in and out easily even after walking through dirt for a long time. Cyclocross racers and mountain bikers have long relied on the mud-shedding capabilities of Shimano SPD pedals in both World Cup and extreme off-road conditions. Gravel cyclists will appreciate the same performance during rides with unpredictable or muddy trail conditions.

The robust Shimano SPD retention system keeps the rider's feet well connected to the pedals during the most intense efforts, while providing smooth engagement and release for confident control of the bike in all circumstances. Like all Shimano SPD pedals, the limited edition GRX pedals feature spring tension adjustments so each rider can best optimize their connection to the bike.
