The weekend of the Italian MTB Championships (Cross Country and e-MTB XCO) in Valle di Casies (Alto Adige) opened with a focus on e-Bikes. In the late afternoon of Friday 22 July, the first Italian titles were awarded, those reserved for e-MTBs, which in the Open categories crowned the two outgoing champions.

Martino Fruet (Lapierre-Trentino-Alè) and Anna Oberparleiter (RH Racing Kronplatzking) dominated the races of their respective categories, digging important gaps from the very beginning, and presenting themselves at the finish line after six laps with all the time to savor the Italian limelight.
Among the Open men the place of honor went to Mirko Tabacchi (RDR Italia Team) and third place to Marco Pavan (Team Cingolani). Behind Oberparleiter, the women's podium was completed by Camilla Martinet (Cicli Lucchini) and Barbara Oberdorfer (Lapierre-Trentino-Alé).
