2024 promises to be a year "in the saddle" for Emilia-Romagna: all the most important Gran Fondos and cycling races have been confirmed, from the Nove Colli in Cesenatico to the Appenninica MTB Stage Race in the Reggio Emilia area, the passage of the Giro d'Italia with the Riccione-Cento stage and for the first time the Grand Départ of the Tour de France from Italy, with the first three stages in Emilia-Romagna, Florence-Rimini, Cesenatico-Bologna and Piacenza-Turin.

In an exciting scenario like this, the new edition of the IBF - Italian Bike Festival could not be missed, the event dedicated to the world of bikes and cycle tourism which has received the qualification of International Fair from the Emilia-Romagna Region, and which in 2023 recorded over 53 thousand attendances. Interest in the event, scheduled from 13 to 15 September 2024 and for the third consecutive time at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” in Misano Adriatico (RN), is increasingly growing.

Significant is the fact that six months after the start of the seventh edition, more than 70% of the spaces have been booked, proving that the interest in this event is concrete.

The public of visitors to the IBF - Italian Bike Festival will have the opportunity to discover the territory of Emilia-Romagna, a true land of cycling, which boasts 9 thousand km of road routes, with cycle paths and dirt tracks for mountain bikes and E-bikes.
And for lovers of cycle tourism there are 10 cycle routes, from the Via Romagna (463 km traced and protected between sea and hills that cross Romagna) to the Food Valley Bike (70 kilometers through the lands of Giuseppe Verdi and the places of origin of cured meats symbolizing the Italian tradition such as Culatello di Zibello), passing through Dante's Cycle Route (225 km from Ravenna to Florence on the path of the Supreme Poet) and the Po Delta Park Cycle Path (5,4 km along the water, completely surrounded from the Comacchio valleys).
Furthermore, around twenty product clubs are active on the Romagna Riviera (some connected to the Terrabici Consortium) with operators specialized in cycle tourism, to which around a hundred Bike Hotels are connected and to which are added, throughout the Region, another 200 hotels equipped and increasingly specialized in this tourist segment.
IBF – Italian Bike Festival is also the only exhibition event dedicated to the bike world which gives everyone the opportunity to test bikes on two exclusive tracks: the now iconic Yamaha Off-Road Arena which will be dedicated to MTB tests, E- MTB, cyclocross and gravel, and the international track of the Misano circuit called Campagnolo Road Circuit, intended for road tests.
