Industry Nine, a leading manufacturer of high-performance cycling components, today announced the launch of a European website to provide a better shopping experience for European customers. The importer of this brand in Italy is Davide Bonandrini's DSB, which increasingly finds itself cornered by this change in trend of multinational brands (read the Mondraker issue).

Industry Nine says there will be various interesting features such as:
- Special shipping rates: There will be a flat rate shipping charge of €10 for small parcels and €25 for wheels for customers within the EU, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. For orders to other countries, shipping rates will be based on the customer's location.
- Same-time zone customer service: Industry Nine's European customer service team is available to answer questions and provide support in multiple languages during business hours in Europe.
- Faster Component Shipping: Orders placed in Europe will now ship from Industry Nine's factory in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, resulting in faster delivery times.
- Easy to understand pricing: Prices will be displayed in Euros and will include applicable VAT for European Union customers.
- Affordable Small Parts and Replacement Parts: The website will offer a larger selection of small parts and replacement parts at competitive prices.
- Reduced import duties: European Union customers receiving orders shipped from Spain will now be exempt from import duties. All other customers receiving orders shipped from Spain may or may not be exempt depending on their location.
- Faster service times: Industry Nine's European facility is equipped to handle service requests for wheels, hubs and other components, reducing service times.
