The first World Championships for all mountain bike disciplines will officially begin on August 30th (but the first titles will be awarded on September 1st) in a single venue, the Canton of Valais, in southern Switzerland. Over two weeks of competition, from August 30th to September 14th 2025, the titles will be awarded. cross country, downhill, e-bike, enduro, e-enduro, marathon, pump track and short track, in eight different locations and which will see over 1.500 athletes involved.

The intense yet 14-day program includes the awarding of the Enduro and E-enduro titles for the Elite and Junior (m/f) categories on Monday, September 1st. The final day of racing, Sunday, September 14th, will be dedicated to the XCO Women U23 and Men Elite events.
Last year the Azzurri won a silver medal with Andrea Garibbo (also competing next Monday) in the E-enduro and the two bronze medals with Martina Berta (XCO Women Elite) and in the Mix Team Realy.
