The U23 race kicked off on Thursday evening, with the women starting first. Ronja Blochlinger's (Liv Factory Racing) dominance showed no signs of abating, crossing the finish line first to take her sixth XCC win of the season. New Zealander Samara Maxwell took second place with Noelle Buri (BIXS Performance Race Team) third.
There were equally close races in the men's competition, as Adrien Boichis (Trinity Racing MTB) secured victory, just ahead of Riley Amos (Trek Factory Racing XC) in second place, followed by Carter Woods (Giant Factory Off-Road Team XC) on the podium in third place.
Andreas Vittone finishes in 23rd place while Sara Cortinovis in 21st place.
