Gianni Vermeersch (born in 1992) is a cyclist who has made cyclocross his life (Belgian national team) combined with a recent activity on the road, a discipline that in the early years had held in the background in favor of cycloross. He has never been one of the most prominent athletes on the cycling scene but boasts very interesting placings even in classic cycling monuments, such as the 15th at the Paris-Roubaix in 2021 and the 24th at the Milan-Sanremo.
