Andreu Lacondeguy is a freerider and freestyle motocross athlete from Barcelona. Born January 12, 1989. He was bronze medalist at the Munich X-Games in 2013 in the Mountain Bike Slopestyle event and winner of the Red Bull Rampage in 2014.
In childhood we find BMX and downhill mountain bike racing (as a young man, 15 years old, he won a contract with Team Maxxis) He and his brother Lluís, who is also a professional mountain bike rider, hone their skills in California. Andreau has also competed in Freestyle Motocross himself and often brings his FMX experience and tricks to the world of Freeride in Mountain Bike.
In 2008 he won the Crankworx Whistler and was also one of the first to do a double backflip on a competing mountain bike. At Rampage, in addition to the 2014 victory, he finished second in 2015 and 2018. He also finished fourth in 2010, 2012 and 2013.
In 2015, he and Kurt Sorge, Graham Aggasiz, Nico Vink, Makken Haugen and Nick Pescetto launched the Fest series of free one-week invitational meetings at locations around the world.
