We continue to follow “Rustick” in this journey to Spain for the 1st test of the e-EIS, the international e-bike circuit.
Filed yesterday when I was really boiled after traveling over 1000 km in a van, this morning I woke up feeling full of energy with a clear day and the desire to visit Spain.
Finally today I saw the first barren Spanish hills, with several kilometers scattered in the middle of nowhere accompanied by meadows, crops and splashes of the sea for this reason today's trip flew in the blink of an eye given the curiosity in looking out the window and my unbridled passion for filming everything I see!
I remember traveling in a van with Luca Bortolotti, collaborator of the eenduro internarional series circuit who was entrusted with the task of transporting the bikes of the Italian riders from the Motherland to Granada and I to keep them company.
During the lunch break I visited the eenduro international series website from which I discovered that the race will be developed over a total of nine special stages; five trails to tackle on Saturday and 4 on Sunday!
The bike I will use:
I will use a Focus Jam that kindly lent me the bike ride shop of Borgomanero team with which I collaborate for the 2019 season, I had the opportunity to try it both on the technical uphill paths of the Mottarone and downhill and it is very manageable and fun so I think I will be happy to mistreat her on the Spanish paths, perhaps a little less happy will be the owners at the return! Joke of course I will have care and love for jam squared.
My programs ...
Tonight I will install Vittoria's Airliner to avoid finishing the race on the circle given the high probability caused by the typical sharp rocks of the area, I will say goodbye to the other Italian travel companions and I will go to rest so that I will be gassed up tomorrow morning to enjoy myself the life of a biker as well as that of a tourist!
