365training: in life it takes c..or?

We continue our competitive awareness journey with a second exercise that our Mental Coach advises us to implement.

How many times have we been told that commitment, sacrifices, passion are fine, but in the end if you don't have C......, you're not going anywhere!

It 's true, I agree with those who say that without AWARENESS it's not going anywhere.

In the previous article, which you can find HERE, I told you about Gallaway's equation, which states that our performance can be improved by decreasing internal and/or external interference, it makes no difference.

For this reason, I left you with an exercise, to write on a piece of paper which interferences have prevented you up to now, from obtaining your best performance.

This exercise, in its simplicity makes you think and above all makes you AWARE your "weak points".

But is it right, in your opinion, to focus on your weak points?

The answer is no!

Since school we have been used to highlighting everything that is wrong, but science has shown that identifying our strengths and training them to achieve excellence produces decidedly superior results and dear biker, it is excellence that pay, not mediocrity.

So, the exercise I invite you to do this time is always to take pen and paper, but this time write down all your strengths, be generous with yourself, write down at least 3, because your race towards your victories …starts from here, being aware of your strengths.

good job

PS: if in life we also have a little Cù#@ it doesn't hurt!
