The first season of the Enduro World Series brought together champions from various disciplines and an exciting competition was born. The beauty of enduro is also this: seeing like a champion cross country can rival a DH champion. The first edition of the EWS saw the victory of Cannondale rider Jerome Clementz, who overtakes Jared Graves and Fabien Barel.

Among women, victory for Tracy Moseley ahead of Cecile Ravanel and Anne Caroline Chausson.
