The 2013 Mountain Bike World Cup organized by the International Cycling Union (UCI) was held in two disciplines: cross country e downhill (6 stages each).

Beautiful victory in the men's field by Steve Smith, taking advantage of Aaron Gwin's negative year in the transition from Trek to Specialized. Second place for the very young 19 year old Loic Bruni while the expert Greg Minaar, always present, closes the podium. Among the women, yet another victory for Rachel Atherton, her third victory in the overall world cup. In second place, Emmeline Ragot while the young British Manon Carpenter (20 years old) closes the podium.
