The 2000 Mountain Bike World Cup organized by the International Cycling Union (UCI) and supported by Tissot, is contested in three disciplines: cross country, downhill and dual slalom, with eight stages for each discipline.
Once again, as in the last 3 years, the couple Anne-Caroline Chausson (female) and Nicolas Vouilloz (male), two authentic off-road talents, stand out. Among the teams, victory for Team GT ahead of Subaru Specialized and Volvo Cannondale.
