Sabine Spitz wins after an exciting head-to-head with the Canadian Alison Sydor, only 16″ behind. Third, at 1'59”, the Russian Irina Kalentieva. One of the favorites by the name of was forced to retire Margarita Fullana (Spain) due to gearbox problems.
Among the juniors the blind Jaroslav Kulhavy wins Nino Schurter while among the U23s Balz Weber wins over Manuel Fumic.
