Josh Bryceland (born March 23, 1990) nicknamed Ratboy. He competed in his first race at 10 years old, was champion of the Junior World Cup Series in 2007 and placed 9th in the Elite men's race of the Maribor World Cup round. In 2008 he won the junior world championship in Val di Sole, Italy. After 2016 he left the Santa Cruz Syndicate team to focus on Enduro racing and then race as a Freerider and brand ambassador for Cannondale Cycles.
